Ambassador Gao Yanping meets with Israeli Minister of Defense

On August 5th, 2013, Ambassador Gao Yanping met with Israeli Minister of Defense Moshe Ya'alon at Israeli Ministry of Defense. Mr. Yang Yonghong,
Head of Political Section, Mr. Zhao Quan, Deputy Military Attaché of the Embassy of China, and Mr. Haim Blumenblat, Chief of Minister Staff, Mr. Ram
Yungman, Deputy Head of Politico-Military Bureau, Mr. Uri Cohen, naval captain of the Ministry of Defense of Israel, were present.
Ambassador Gao congratulated Minister Ya'alon on his inauguration as Israeli Minister of Defense, briefed the latest development of bilateral relations and expressed her hope that Minister Ya'alon could continue to support the friendship of the two peoples and the pragmatic cooperation
in every field between the two countries.
Minister Ya'alon spoke highly of the healthy and steady development of the bilateralrelations as well as the bilateral cooperation in every field during
last two years since Ambassador Gao Yanping was posted as Chinese Ambassador to Israel, and said he would continue to devote himself to the
friendly cooperative relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Gao also exchanged views with Minister Ya'alon on situation of Middle East and regional hot spot issues.
