From December 20th to 24th, Guizhou Provincial Delegation headed by Mr. Chen Huaxiang, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Guizhou Provincial People's Congress, visited Israel. On December 22th, Ambassador Gao Yanping met with the delegation in her residence, Mr. Zhou Guolin, Science and Technology Counselor of the Embassy of China, was present.

Ambassador Gao welcomed and briefed the delegation the friendly bilateral relations and prospects Israeli science and technology in agriculture. She said the complimentary advantages of Guizhou Province and Israel bring more cooperation prospects for two sides. She hoped that the two sides strengthen the pragmatic cooperation in various fields particularly in the agricultural areas with each other so as to promote mutual understanding and friendship of the two peoples.

Mr. Chen thanked Ambassador Gao for meeting with the Delegation and introduced Ambassador Gao the latest development of agriculture and agricultural legislation of Guizhou Province. He stressed that Guizhou is willing to deepen the cooperation with Israel in the fields of dripping irrigation, agricultural processing and agricultural legislation to make more contribution in promoting the friendly bilateral cooperation.
