Ambassador Gao briefed the delegation the friendly bilateral relations since the establishment of diplomatic ties 20 years ago. She stressed that Israel has obvious advantages of technologies and innovation, Israeli successful achievements of technological innovation and Industrial research and development are worthwhile for China to learn in building our country into an innovation-oriented country. She said, with complementary advantages from both sides, Jiangsu and Israel have great potential to cooperate. She hopes Changzhou “Israeli Technology Incubation Park” should take the great opportunity to further strengthen pragmatic cooperation with Israel in the field of scientific and technological innovation, industrial research and development, and so on.

Xue Jianzhong, the head of the delegation of the “Israeli Technology Incubation Park” introduced Ambassador Gao the general information of the Incubation Park, said the development of the park has been strongly supported by the Central Government, Jiangsu Province and the Embassy of China in Israel, and now it shows a good momentum of development. He noted in May this year, the Incubation Park has been granted by the Ministry of Science and Technology the ”International Science and Technology Cooperation Base ".He stressed the Incubation Park will also strengthen cooperation with Israeli partners, PTL Group company, by investing 500 million Yuan to found high-tech incubator to attract more high-tech enterprises of the two countries to the park.
