On January 19, 2026, Ambassador Xiao Junzheng met with Dror, CEO of the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA), and thanked the IIA's long-term efforts in promoting China-Israel scientific and technological innovation cooperation. They exchanged views on advancing China-Israel innovation cooperation during China's 15th Five-Year Plan period.
