On October 29th 2013, Ambassador Gao Yanping met with Brazilian Ambassador to the State of Israel, Mr. Henrique Da Silveira Sardinha Pinto at Ambassador's Residence. Mr. Yang Yonghong, director of Political Section of the Embassy of China, was present.

Ambassador Gao and Ambassador Sardinha Pinto exchanged views on the latest development of Sino-Israel relations and Brazil-Israel relations, highly praised the friendship and kind cooperation between China and Brazil. They also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, such as middle-east peace process, cooperation among BRICS, respective stances of Chinese government and Brazilian government on regional hotspot issues.
