On September 10, Ambassador Gao Yanping was invited to attend and deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of China-Israel Hi-Tech Investment Summit held in the city of Haifa. H.E. Mr. Xu Qin, Mayor of Shenzhen and H.E. Mr. Moshe Kahlon, Israeli Minister of Communications also delivered speeches.
