On Feb 16, 2022, Ambassador Cai Run met with H.E.Rafi Harpaz, the Deputy Director General in charge of Asia-Pacific affairs of the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Both sides exchanged views on China-Israel relationship as well as international and regional issues of common concerns.  Counsellor Wang Yongjun, among others, was present at the meeting.
