In order to process your visa application more fluently and efficiently, the Embassy kindly reminds the applicant to follow the instructions listed as follows:

1) Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China (please click http://il.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/bgxz/t1070 561.htm to download) must be filled out and signed properly.

Tips of filling out the Visa Application Form:

※ For items not applicable to the situation please type/write as "N/A" or "None". Do not let any items blank.

※ Part 1.17: While providing the name of the employer, the applicant shall also specify its business nature.

※ Part 1.23: The applicant must provide full information of his/her major family members, including but not limited to the spouse, children, and parents.

※ Part 2.1: Please select the major purpose of planned visit in accordance with our regulations.

※ Part 2.3: If you choose "yes" in this column, it is interpreted that express service is requested, and the visa could be obtained on the following working day after submitting the application. An additional 100 shekels will be charged for each visa. In this case if you choose "No", it means the visa could be ready on the fourth working day after submitting the application and no extra fee will be charged except for the visa fee.

2) Please remove all the outer covers or staples affixed to the passport before it is submitted. These stuff may hamper the visa machine.
